Parenting Business Connections
A supportive and inclusive online networking community, for small business owners who work with parents
- Are you looking to make genuine business connections as well as sales?
- Are you more comfortable with conversations, than with cold sales pitches?
- Would you like to meet like-minded people, who work with parents too?
I’m Sarah, the host and founder of Parenting Business Connections.
If you’d love to network, connect and collaborate with other parent-focused, small business owners – you’re in the right place!
Our members range from highly experienced business owners to people new to business.
We get how it feels to try to juggle all of the balls in business and in life, so in our community, you’ll also find peer support, tips and encouragement.
“I would encourage you to jump in to one of the weekly networking events. It’s rare to find such a welcoming and inclusive networking space, where you can show up as you are and meet real genuine good people”

Brilliant You
“I absolutely love this networking group! Sarah’s group was the first I joined a couple of years ago after having a bad experience at another online group, and it was such a welcoming space. I instantly felt at home, and especially as an AuDHD adult that is quite rare to find. The people I’ve met have become such a vital part of my business, both in a working sense and as moral support. I can’t imagine running my business now without being a part of Parenting Business Connections.”

Frequently asked questions
I have small children at home, is it OK if they're here in the background during networking sessions?
Of course. Most of our members are parents, with children of varying ages, who may occasionally make an appearance at our meetings.
We understand how difficult it is to juggle running a business around caring for your children and we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
Will I be expected to prepare a timed pitch?
Definitely not. We find that conversational networking is the best way to make connections, form collaborations and get new clients.
If I attend a free taster session, will there be pressure to join the membership?
Not at all. After the event, you’ll be sent some information about it, in case you’d like to join, but there is no expectation and you certainly won’t be pestered. Inviting Facebook group members to a free session brings new faces and variety to our regular members, so it’s a win all round.
When are your networking sessions?
Our networking sessions take place at 9:30am -10:30am (UK time) on Wednesdays.
Co-working sessions are straight after the Wednesday networking sessions from 10:30 on Wednesday to 12:00pm.
Business Brainstorming sessions take place at 9:30-10:30am on Tuesdays.
Monthly Tuesday sessions take place on the last Tuesday of the month between 1-2pm.
Who are your networking sessions for?
Our networking sessions are for small business owners, whose ideal clients are parents. Many of our members are parents or caregivers themselves but not all, what matters is that your business supports and serves parents.
How much does your networking cost?
For £24 per month you get access to all of our sessions including:
- Weekly Wednesday networking
- Weekly Wednesday co-working sessions
- Weekly business brainstorming/mastermind sessions
- Monthly Tuesday networking sessions
We also offer the monthly Tuesday sessions on a Pay As Yo Go basis for £10 per session.
